Revolution Coaching provides comprehensive, personalized training programs based on experience and proven exercise science. Whether you are new to cycling or a seasoned racing veteran, Revolution Coaching will provide you the tools to meet your individual goals. Revolution Coaching also offers a variety of cycling clinics and camps throughout the year.

Training programs include:

  • Bi-monthly online training plans based on the concept of periodization and creation of an Annual Training Program.
  • Establishment of individual training objectives and assistance in setting short and long term goals.
  • Instruction on training concepts with emphasis on understanding development of energy systems and “training with purpose”.
  • Periodic physiological testing to ensure smooth transition from one training phase to another and assess progress.
  • Tactical and skills preparation throughout the season.
  • Development of a cycling specific strength and flexibility training program based on individual biomechanical screening.
  • Instruction on the operation of Training Peaks software, power meters, HR monitors, and GPS devices, and their role in training.
